This sounds interesting, but although I cook with alcohol, I do not drink it!  What is an alternative to the gin or should Ijust leave it out?  Geoffrey- PLEASEinclude suggestions for non-alcoholic alternatives with your recipes.  ALSO- in regular recipes, it is not enough to say “Don’t use anything you wouldn’t drink” since I would not drink any of it!  It would help to know what to look for in the grocery store. Since I do not drink, I really do not know what is light and what is heavy! Have you thought about doing a “Tea-totaller’s Guide to Cooking with Alcoholic Beverages”?  I would find that really helpful.
