Ingredients

  1. 1 lime, cut into 6 wedges
  2. 3 black grapes
  3. 3 green grapes
  4. 3 red grapes
  5. Several fresh mint leaves
  6. Ice
  7. 2 ounces simple syrup
  8. Sonoma County white wine (any varietal)
  9. Silver rum
  10. Soda water

Instructions

  1. Add the limes, grapes and mint leaves to a pint glass. Muddle together with some ice, to extract the juice. Add the simple syrup and some more ice. Add some wine, and then add some rum, to your liking. Top off with a little bit of soda water. Stir.

I loved this drink. Very light and refreshing. I could taste the sweetness of the grapes, the wine, and the mint. I will definitely add this to my repertoire of cocktails!
