Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons superfine sugar
- 8 dashes bitters
- 12 ounces bourbon or whiskey
- 4 ounces Pernod
- Ice
- 4 strips lemon peel
Instructions
- Muddle the sugar and bitters in a cocktail shaker until the sugar dissolves. Add the bourbon, Pernod and some ice. Shake to combine. Strain into 4 rocks glasses. Garnish with the lemon peels.
