This is our new go-to holiday cocktail! We have had a lot of fun with Rudolph and his herd. Using a good, dry champagne and unsweetened cranberry juice will insure the drink is not too sweet. For assembly of the reindeer, we used longer rosemary sprigs for the antlers and angled them outwards, the cranberry nose placed on top rather then at the end of the marshmallow, and cut a small slit in the marshmallow bottom to allow it to sit on the rim of the the glass using a bamboo cocktail skewer to hold it in place. We did not have a coupe glass and used a standard martini glass which worked fine. Enjoy!
Really really good! It is a tad sweet but I didn’t have champagne to splash. And I don’t like bubbly cocktails. Adjust the sweetness to your taste and you’ll have a delicious, festive cocktail for the holidays.
Very festive! Cut back on the maple syrup a tad because we don’t care for sweet cocktails. The rosemary really made it pop!
