Reviews
I love this cocktail! Light, refreshing and not overly sweet. I was out of thyme, so had to do without, but it was still fabulous. The bitters are key!
Light and refreshing! The grapefruit bitters cut the sweetness and make it taste like a special cocktail. I couldn’t get enough of these!
This fell a little flat for me. You would need a strong and very bubbly soda to make this drink feel more like a spritzer/cocktail. Tasted more like watered-down rosé to me. Beautiful garnishes though!
