We enjoyed this drink one quiet afternoon. Need to make a larger batch for more than 4 people. I added more simple sugar mix to the gin. Otherwise, I little too tart.

Sweet-tart like grapefruit; intoxicating like love at first sight. 😉 It’s also easy to modify for a crowd. Make a large batch of the gin mix, add a shot to a champagne glass, sqeeze a lemon wedge into it, and top with the rose sparkling wine. Easy and everyone will fall in love with this drink.

This drink is slightly tart, yet has a sweet aftertaste. It is very refreshing and perfect with fruit.
