Riesling Sangria with Mango and Nectarine

Ingredients

  1. 1 bottle cold sweet Riesling
  2. 2 cups mango nectar
  3. 1/2 cup peach eau de vie
  4. 1 lime, halved and thinly sliced
  5. 1 ripe nectarine, halved pitted and thinly sliced
  6. 1 orange, halved and thinly sliced
  7. 1 bottle or can club soda

Instructions

  1. Stir together the Riesling, mango nectar, eau de vie, limes, nectarines and oranges in a pitcher. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours and up to 24 hours.
  2. Serve over ice in white wine glasses and top with a splash of club soda.
