Pink Sangria

Ingredients

  1. Two 750-milliliter bottles rose wine
  2. 4 cups chopped assorted pink fruits (dragon fruit, watermelon, cherries, grapefruit, apple, strawberries)
  3. 3/4 cup raspberry liqueur
  4. 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons Italian lemon liqueur

Instructions

  1. Combine the rose, fruit, raspberry liqueur and lemon liqueur in a large pitcher. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to overnight. Serve over ice.

This Sangria is absolutely delicious and perfectly light for summer.  I omitted the grapefruit and added raspberries.  It’s also the easiest Sangria I’ve ever made.  It will be a hot weather staple.
