Ingredients
- 1 vanilla bean
- 4 ounces orange juice
- 3 ounces grapefruit juice
- 8 ounces silver tequila
- 6 ounces lime juice
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- Crushed ice
- 1 lime, sliced into discs, for garnish
Instructions
- Using a paring knife, split the vanilla bean down the center and place in a small saucepot with the orange and grapefruit juice. Bring to a boil, and then cool immediately.
- When cool, put into a large pitcher and add the tequila, lime juice and agave. Mix well to combine all the ingredients. Add some ice, and then pour into 4 cocktail glasses. Garnish with lime discs. Enjoy.

I think there is a misprint on the recipe…I think it has way to much lime juice… it was very very acidic…I tried to add sweetener…I got heartburn right away.. please let me know if there was a mistake in the ingredients.
I absolutely love all the ingredients in this beverage but mine did not turn out at all like the one pictured. Had to add more sweetener but that could’ve been due to my fruit not being as sweet as theirs. Although now I prefer my tequila with just grapefruit juice
So good! If you’re not a huge fan of Orange Juice, replace 1 oz of O.J. with 1 oz of club soda!
