Ingredients

  1. 1 3/4 ounces raki (or other anise-flavored liquor)
  2. 1 3/4 ounces fresh orange juice
  3. 1 ounce passion fruit puree
  4. 1/4 ounce honey
  5. Pinch of ground cloves
  6. Pinch of ground cardamom
  7. Pinch of ground cinnamon
  8. Cinnamon stick and dried lime slice, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the raki, orange juice, passion fruit puree, honey, cloves, cardamom and ground cinnamon in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice.
  2. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a dried lime slice.
