Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 ounces reposado tequila
  2. 1 1/2 ounces manzanilla sherry
  3. 3/4 ounce pear liqueur
  4. Lemon twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients except the garnish in a mixing glass half-filled with ice. Stir until chilled, about 15 seconds.
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the lemon twist.
