Ingredients

  1. 4 ounces dark rum
  2. 4 ounces light rum
  3. 4 ounces triple sec
  4. 1 cup pineapple juice
  5. 1/2 cup passion fruit nectar
  6. 1/4 cup grenadine
  7. 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  8. One 12-ounce bottle ginger beer, cold

Instructions

  1. Mix the dark rum, light rum, triple sec, pineapple juice, passion fruit nectar, grenadine and lime juice in a pitcher. Refrigerate until chilled, 30 minutes.
  2. When ready to serve, pour the ginger beer into the pitcher and stir gently. Serve in tall glasses over ice.

OMG! Super wonderfully delicious! I made a little to try it…Family made me triple the recipe for the next day! It’s pretty strong, but you can just cut the rum back.
