Reviews
It was just okay, I found the ginger to be to strong and overpowering.
I haven’t made the gin fizz but I have made the Ginger Simple Syrup many times. My husband loves it; he mixes it with Club Soda for a homemade Ginger Ale. He also puts it in Ginger Ale when he really wants a stronger soda, in with whiskey, and he’s made a hot tea with it. If you peel the ginger, you can save the chunks after you cook the syrup and eat them like candy (he also puts a piece in the tea and eats it when he’s done). It’s very versatile & he loves it! Next thing he’s going to try is pouring it over ice cream.
i made this the day after i saw the show for myself and family they loved it!!! i’m planning on making it again for a party this weekend i wanted to give it a test run before i brought it over to the party to make sure its going to be big hit. which it will. i love this couple they are so much fun to watch their food looks great and looks really delicious although at times im sure they are not concerned about the nutritional value and calorie intake. but great couple, great show!
