Reviews
Very refreshing and good. I know that maybe this isn’t supposed to have any sweetness, but I think it needs a little something. I added a splash of agave and a splash of pineapple juice. I think next time, I’ll delete the pineapple juice. I used Polar toasted coconut seltzer and Ciroc pineapple vodka.
Has anyone substituted coconut water for coconut seltzer?
I got the ingredients for this when it first aired and it was my favorite drink of summer…that’s continued to this summer. It is refreshing and different and I love it! I use Smirnoff Pineapple vodka and I think Valarie’s may have been Skyy…at any rate, if you try one you don’t like, try another brand as they really do taste different. We tried Burnett’s…did not care for that one, but you might.
