Reviews
We just whipped up a batch of these for the first time today. This drink has the perfect balance of sweet and tart.
How do I make it for 1????
That’s one good Whiskey Sour made with Michter’s Kentucky Bourbon, regular lemons, one Meyer Lemon and half of a lime!
It turned out GREAT!! We did sprinkle a little bitters on top and poured them into martini glasses. But they were still fabulous
We made this drink in honor of the Rick Dalton in ‘Once Upon a Time in Hollywood’ when he was angry at himself for drinking 8 whiskey sours. This drink was sensational! Perfect balance of sweet and tart. Maybe we’ll have 8! 😉
Best we’ve ever had…egg whites makes it awesome!!!! Cheers!
I added a dash of the cherry juice to each glass to make it a little sweeter. Perfection!
Excellent! I made this using Honey Jack Daniels Whiskey and it is extra sweet! I’m eager to find high-quality cherries to use for the next time. This recipe tastes better than the whiskey sour I order at the bar!
Geoffrey, you did it again! Whiskey sours are my wife’s 2nd favorite drink and I made this one for her and I had a happy father’s day. What you did with the egg white is amazing. It gives the drink a very attractive appearance, and lets the flavor of the whiskey and sour linger on the palate. It is fabulous! I made this with Lexington Bourbon whiskey. I tried this with left over sour mix from your GZ Long Island Iced Tea, and that was fabulous! Thanks again for a first class cocktail! (Don’t use the typical red maraschino cherries you find everywhere, seek the premium product!)
