Ingredients
- One 750-milliliter bottle rye whiskey, such as Knob Creek
- 6 ounces pure maple syrup
- 6 ounces dry vermouth
- 1 tablespoon bitters
- Maraschino cherries, for garnish
Instructions
- In a pitcher, combine the whiskey, syrup, vermouth, bitters and 6 ounces water and stir to combine. Leave the drink in the pitcher, or transfer it to resealable containers and store in the freezer until ready to thaw and serve. Serve it up garnished with cherries.

Delicious! Made a second batch for Thanksgiving. Used orange bitters first time, angostura bitters the second time. Both renditions were excellent. A keeper!!
