Ingredients

  1. 5 pounds ground beef
  2. 1 cup breadcrumbs
  3. 1 cup sour cream
  4. Scant 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  5. 1/4 cup dried parsley
  6. 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
  7. 1 tablespoon salt
  8. 1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  9. 1 egg
  10. 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
  11. 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  12. 1/4 large onion, small dice
  13. 2 cups barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. For the meatloaf: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Mix together the beef, breadcrumbs, sour cream, Worcestershire, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, egg, bell peppers, onion and 1 1/2 cups of the barbecue sauce in a bowl. Portion into two 4 1/3-inch loaf pans. Glaze the tops with the remaining 1/2 cup barbecue sauce. Bake 1 hour 10 minutes. Cool for 30 minutes. Remove from the pans and place on a lined sheet pan. Chill overnight, then portion into 5 servings.

Five pounds of ground beef for 5 servings??Something is wrong here. I would like to make this, but amounts do not make sense.
