Ingredients
- 3/4 Lb. Ground Beef
- 3/4 Lb. Ground Pork
- 4 Slices Whole Grain Bread, Cut into 1/4″ Cubes
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped Parsley
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Kosher Salt
- 1 Tsp. French Ground Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Cup Ketchup
- 1 Egg
- Cocktail Sauce:
- 1 Can of Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
- 1 Bottle of Authentic Jose Cuervo Margarita Minis(TM)
- 1 Cup Ketchup
- 1 Shallot, Minced
- 1 Jalapeno Pepper, Minced
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 400degreesF.
- 2. Combine all the meatball ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well with your hands.
- 3. In a medium-to-large saucepan add all the cocktail sauce ingredients and cook for 15 minutes.
- 4. Roll the meat mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a foil-lined pan.
- 5. Partially bake them in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- 6. When they come out, continue cooking them in the sauce and cover for another 15 minutes.
- 7. Pierce with a toothpicks and serve.
