A delicious cream cheese-based fudge with “cookie dough” filling.

Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 20 mins
Additional Time: 1 hr
Total Time: 1 hr 30 mins
Servings: 4

Ingredients

  1. 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  2. 1 tablespoon Dijon-style prepared mustard
  3. 2 teaspoons dried rosemary, crushed
  4. 1 pound turkey tenderloins

Instructions

  1. Whisk soy, Dijon, and rosemary together in a bowl and pour into a resealable plastic bag. Add tenderoins, coat with marinade, squeeze out excess air, and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 4 hours, shaking once or twice.
  2. When ready to cook, set an oven rack about 4 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven’s broiler.
  3. Remove tenderloins from marinade and shake off excess; place onto a rack in a broiler pan. Discard remaining marinade.
  4. Broil in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Flip tenderloins and continue to broil until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, 10 to 12 more minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

I followed the recipe directions but added a shake of hot pepper flakes. I cooked the marinated tenderloin on my Char Broil Patio Bistro electric grill for 10 minutes on each side. The turkey was moist and delicious and reminded me of smoked turkey from a local smoked meat restaurant. Thank you for posting the recipe.

VERY GOOD MY FAMILY ENJOYED THIS MEAL

We grilled it & everyone loved it. We don’t usually eat much turkey, but it was a hit.

I have made this following the recipe exactly and I have also baked it instead of broiling. Both ways – it comes out fantastic, every time! This recipe is the best for easy Thanksgiving dinner for 4. The meat comes out tender and juicy with a slight crisp crust. It always gets rave reviews from friends and family. Thanks for a winner!

I made it exactly as the recipe was written. It was delicious and so easy. Very tender. I will definitely make it again.

I did a trial run before making this for Thanksgiving. Trying out a new recipe on a big day is not a good plan in my opinion. I had 2 tenderloins and 2 recipes and made them both the same night. Thanks to my Guinee pigs help they voted hands down that this one won!

I made this for Sunday dinner. Marinated for 3 hours. Meat came out very moist but way too salty! Perhaps I should have use low sodium soy sauce…very disappointed. I will cook a tenderloin this way again won’t use this recipe.

This was delicious. It rained the day I planned to grill so it was baked in the oven according to package instructions instead. Turned out so moist and full of flavor. It’s a keeper!

Delicious! Followed recipe even though i was thinking may not be enough marinade but i was so wrong. It won’t dry out completely as long as you keep it 4 inches from broiler and keep an eye on it. Family says make again but cook more than one pack! Lol

Not bad, but nothing special for us…

I skipped the rosemary since I am not a fan of that herb. Marinated 4 hours then dumped meat & sauce & 1/2 c. poultry broth (turkey or chicken) into pan. Sprinkled with garlic powder & roasted at 350 for 50 mins (turning roast at 25 minutes & adding more broth as needed to keep the pan from drying out). Let rest 10 minutes. Served with oven roasted squash & mashed potatoes. Scrumptious.

Quite tasty but next time I’ll try baking because my broiler made the outside too crispy before the inside was cooked through. If you’re broiling, check it frequently! Still enjoyed it and the inside was still fairly moist in spite of the challenges. Will definitely make again.

This is a magical recipe. It was my first time cooking turkey breast tenderloins and I expected it to be difficult to keep them flavorful and juicy. Somehow this super simple marinade resulted in perfect tenderloins. As others have said it is pretty salty, which suited our tastes but might be too much for some. Definitely try this recipe!

This was delicious… will make again

Loved this recipe! Made no changes to this and wouldn’t. My husband raved about this dinner. Can’t go wrong…simple, quick and full of flavor! Thanks for sharing!
