Making mac and cheese in one skillet without boiling or baking is not only conceivably easy, but also quite doable! The process only took a few minutes longer than the packaged version, produced amazing taste and texture, and spared us from consuming around a dozen items we definitely shouldn’t have. All you need to do is make sure to grate your own (high-quality) Cheddar and remove the pan from the heat as soon as the cheese has melted.
