Turkey Meatballs without Eggs

Making mac and cheese in one skillet without boiling or baking is not only conceivably easy, but also quite doable! The process only took a few minutes longer than the packaged version, produced amazing taste and texture, and spared us from consuming around a dozen items we definitely shouldn’t have. All you need to do is make sure to grate your own (high-quality) Cheddar and remove the pan from the heat as soon as the cheese has melted.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup water
  2. ½ cup uncooked white rice
  3. 1 tablespoon butter
  4. 1 teaspoon salt
  5. 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  6. 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning

  3. Add ground turkey to cooled rice in a medium bowl; mix well.
  4. Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the centers, about 45 minutes.
