This recipe has so much flavor. It takes ground turkey and makes a great burger. I never tire of it.

These are great and we made them often. As some others have said, if my store is out of the adobo chilis and I don’t want to make another stop, I’ll substitute 4oz of green chilis (hot or mild, whatever) and these still turn out fantastic.

I didn’t have chipotle peppers so I used 2tsp of smoked paprika. I also added a small 4 oz can of mild green chilis which added great moisture! Then I grilled them and topped them with a sprinkle of grated sharp cheddar. (I didn’t have any mozzarella) served with corn bread and beans and rice! My whole family agreed this recipe is definitely a keeper!! It was so yummy!

I thought these burgers had great flavor and very juicy. I mixed them up and let the flavors meld together in the fridge for 4-5 hours before I made the patties. Ground turkey is easier to work with when it is cold. I used my George Foreman grill to cook them and it took 8 minutes. They had a nice char on both sides. I will be making these again!

Cilantro was a little strong, we’ll cut back on it next time, otherwise the burgers were great!

I made them exactly as stated except that we topped a couple of the burgers with Monterey Jack cheese. Both versions were equally good. We topped them with Mayo, sliced avocado, and thinly sliced red onion.

These turkey burgers were amazing! I read the reviews prior to making them and followed the advise of putting cheese in the middle. I followed the directions exactly otherwise. I made a Chipotle mayo and put it on a brioche bun with avocado and topped the burgers with pepper jack cheese. My husband took one bite and said, “wow these are good.”

Awesome recipe! I made it as is and loved that it didn’t call for eggs or breadcrumbs. This will remain a house staple!

My first turkey burger and this recipe is easy and delicious! Definitely recommend using a food processor for the onion, pepper, and parsley so you have all the flavor without the chunky pieces. I’ll be making this one again soon

Excellent!! I used 2 chipotle peppers and 1 tsp. cumin as noted in other reviews based on our family’s culinary leanings. I made a double recipe fortunately because my very slender son-in-law was hungry at midnight and ate two of the burgers. Husband who has not been fond of boring turkey burgers before gave this one many ‘nods’.

I added diced jalapeno and crushed spicy pork rinds. Delicious!

I doubled the chipotle…too spicy.

Loved these! So flavorful!

Added some extra finely chopped green chilies

I used mini brioche buns and made sliders. As one reviewer suggested, I doubled the chipotle peppers and these were delicious! The best turkey burgers we have tasted and this is a house full of picky eaters.

Wow, we LOVED these burgers. Used ground chicken (didn’t have turkey) and only change was to add 2 tbsp dried bread crumbs since the mix was too moist to form into burgers without the crumbs. The burgers reached 160 in 6 minutes on our grill “oiled to prevent sticking) at about 350 degrees. . Unbelievable delicious! Great taste and texture, moist and flavorful! Served with Pepper Jack cheese, purple onion, and mustard; and grilled herbed sliced potatoes and grilled zucchini chucks.

Wow! I think this is the best turkey’s ever tasted! Definately a staple at my house from here on out. Thank you for sharing!

This is an excellent burger. We really enjoyed this recipe. Followed the recipe to the letter but did as another reviewer suggested and added two instead of just one pepper to kick up the spice a notch and it was perfect for us. Thank you for a great recipe. Good to the last bite!

I added a shake of panko to the mix, ground turkey is always a little mushy to me, and my family loved them!
