This is an excellent Stroganoff that my grandmother frequently prepared. Before we met, my husband had never tried homemade Stroganoff sauce, despite the fact that it is his favorite dish. He’s never eaten anything else since my mum first prepared this for him! Serve over egg noodles or rice.
