It’s amazing, quick, and quick! This lesson I received in grammar school. You could want to serve it with a salad and cornbread or French bread.

Reviews
I used a different noodle. It was good to use turkey.
everybody loved the meal very tastey
On reading the other reviews, I added half a diced onion and a load of garlic, and I salted and peppered the turkey. Other than that I followed the recipe and everyone loves it.
Easy. Yummy. Made cornbread to serve with.
This is good, but too cheesy for my daughter. She’s not a fan of super cheesy foods (crazy, right?). But it is good. I even used dairy free plain yogurt in place of the sour cream and dairy free cream cheese.
This recipe has inspired my first review ever. I did some changes based on other reviews: 1. added a good TBSP of Oregano and of Basil to sauce. 2. Used 2 cans of roasted diced tomatoes + one jar of tomato basil pasta sauce. 3. Added a diced onion and 4 cloves of garlic. 5 Added a bag of frozen peas. 6. Added 2 oz. of Vodka. 7. used fresh mozzarella balls and some parmesan cheese instead of cheddar. It was SO SO SO good, my husband raved, and we calculated the Macros and they were respectable, 24% of calories from protein. Next time I’ll double the ground turkey to make this an even more macro friendly dish.
Nice way to enjoy turkey for dinner. I followed this as written and luckily it came out plenty moist. Not much flavor from the turkey, but I definitely got a good mouthful of tomato and sour cream. Which I don’t mind. Sour cream is my friend. My tip is: follow this easy-to-do recipe closely, but perhaps tweak the turkey for more flavor. Spices, onion, garlic, seasoning, whatever your bag is. Unless of course you prefer your bird bland.
We love this recipe. We add a chopped onion & minced garlic. We also substitute pasta sauce for added flavor.
Good simple meal to make. I made no changes. Ground turkey is on sale lately due to rising beef costs. I was pleased to use the turkey. A good change, and healthier. Kids loved it. Feeds eight so we have leftover for next day to have. Thanks for sharing recipe.
Needs some more spices for perfection! that’s up to your taste
It was delicious! I added green, red and orange bell peppers. I added onions and 3 garlic cloves. Fantastic!!
Unfortunately, was not a fan of this recipe. Felt something was lacking but can’t figure out what would improve this.
The reason I’m only giving this recipe two stars is that I think it has potential but definitely needs some tweeks. I suggest maybe buttering the noodles while hot and then covering with whichever turkey meat/ sauce mixture you like, then top with the cheese. I used half cheddar and half Mexican cheese blend.
Great dish I made 2 changes to the recipe first no sugar at all second I used can chilli tomatoes 14.5 oz and tomato past with 1/4cup of water in the tomato sauce I added my Italian seasoning blend which I learned from beast cook book
I love this dish! I add just a few xtra spices and it is always a hit at our family functions!! Thank you for sharing!!
I didn’t make any changes but next time I will. Less sour cream/cream cheese (1/2) and more tomatoes (crushed).
Just added garlic and basil to the meat.
It was great! Definitely recommend sautéing onion and garlic before cooking the turkey it helps season it
I left out the sugar to the tomato sauce and added onion and fresh mushrooms to the recipe. I sauteed the onion and mushroom first, added the turkey, then tomato sauce. I layered it in an electric skillet meat mixture first, then sour cream/cream cheese mixture, then pasta, and finally cheese. I used sharp cheddar and sprinkled with oregano.
I followed all the instructions, with one exception. I realized at the last minute that I had no noodles, so I used mini bow ties as the pasta layer. Came out wonderful anyway, I’ll make it again!
Added cream mixture right to noodles. Perfect!
