This meal requires little preparation and comes together quickly. The chicken breasts are cooked to perfection when they are grilled with bacon, garlic powder, and rosemary. What might be superior? My yard contains five enormous rosemary shrubs, so I’m constantly coming up with simple rosemary recipes. fantastic with rice and grilled vegetables. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 4 teaspoons garlic powder
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 4 thick slices bacon
Instructions
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil the grate.
- Sprinkle 1 teaspoon garlic powder on each chicken breast and season with salt and pepper. Lay one rosemary sprig on each chicken breast. Wrap bacon around the chicken to hold the rosemary on. Secure bacon with a toothpick or an additional thick rosemary stem.
- Cook chicken breasts until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 8 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Stay near the grill to combat any flare-ups from the bacon. Remove the toothpicks before serving.

My family loved it! The only thing I changed is I only had Rosemary in my shaker and it worked perfectly!
Rosemary isn’t needed really, kinda more of a preference. But all in all it’s a great summer meal. Super easy to make and super easy to cook.
Pretty good, but the bacon grease caught my grill on fire.
This is a really simple and good recipe will definitely do this again
Quite tasty!
The chicken tastes good but i used turkey bacon instead if regular bacon
Brined chicken first, wonderfully moist and very flavorful. Rosemary added great flavor.
very good
These were fabulous!! Easy to make. Thanks for sharing.
Love it! I had to cook it longer but maybe the meat was too thick but husband loved it !
I didn’t use the rosemary but I think next time I will add a jalapeño and cream cheese.
Quite good and easy. Any time I wrap bacon around food, I cook it slightly first in the microwave or a skillet because I like my bacon slightly crispy, not rubbery! Give it a try!
This recipe is amazing. The rosemary adds just the right amount of flavor. I will definitely make this again.
Bacon keeps the chicken juicy. Rosemary and bacon infusion works perfectly.
Loved the taste and smell of the rosemary with the bacon. The only thing I did different was bake it a 365 for 45min. The bacon doesn’t get crispy but it was still good. Really easy and looks pretty. Definitely will make again!
Yummy
Great Recipe. Delicious. I halved the breasts and pounded them out. I used garlic salt with parsley and pepper (sparingly as this can be really strong). Stuffed each one with poly-o String cheese. I am not a super fan of rosemary so i used 3-4 individual leaves, wrapped in regular cut bacon. This was super easy. Next i will stuff with stove top stuffing, then feta and spinach, etc etc. so many ways to do this recipe.
My family loved it!
It was absolutely wonderful. Only difference was I did not have fresh rosemary so I used dried. It was a keeper.
This recipe is delicious and easy. I didn’t have enough boneless breasts, so I used one bone-in and just started it earlier, closing the lid and turning the grill heat to low. I also sprayed the breasts with avocado oil spray before wrapping them in the bacon and seasoning them. This prevented sticking to the grates. Both styles were delicious! I did watch carefully to make sure the bacon didn’t flare up, especially with the lid closed. Great flavors!
These were really good. I think this would make a nice elegant dinner. I used BLSL thighs instead and cooked them in the oven. I put a cast iron skillet in the oven so the meat would sizzle. It took closer to 25 minutes to cook. I put them under the broiler for just a few minutes at the end to crisp up the bacon.
