This was Delish! I didn’t have any mustard of any kind so I only used about a teaspoon of honey instead.. Only a couple of ways I’d edit though: it doesn’t need to be cooked for this long as mine came out dry when I did so next time I’d only cook for about 30 mins.. the other thing was that the sauce became all sticky on the pan given the length of time and the honey, therefore next time I’ll put baking paper down to help with the clean up.. I also threw in some potatoes, carrots and sweet potato into the same pan and it flavoured them nicely so I’d recommend doing that.. hopefully these tips can help someone!

I’m giving this 4 stars BEFORE I cook. Marinade for 45 min, then on the BBQ with Hickory smoker box. Hopefully, I can come back and add to this review. I’ve smoked pork tenderloin before, but with Mesquite and it was excellent – however, I feel the smoke flavor didn’t quite match the meat – Hickory will be better (I think). I added chopped/minced garlic with GF soy sauce, honey dijon, seasoning salt and black pepper (and olive oil). About 30 min of smoking at 350 and another 30 min on the grill at 400 should be about perfect. Results pending ….

Skip the salt

This was delicious!

Delicious, I used regular Dijon Mustard with a tiny, tiny drop of honey as I don’t normally like to sweeten meat, it was perfect. Thank you.

Very good…easy. Marinated for 8 hours, left out the salt and convection baked it for 40 min to 145. Served it with sautéed spinach, applesauce, quinoa rice. and salad. Perfect

Delicious and easy! I added more garlic and some red chile flakes to keep His Lordship happy. He wants to have this again!

You don’t need the salt. Also I preferred a quick search before roasting and it’s a crime to cook out all the pink. Pork isnt chicken. Take it out at 135 degrees and let it rest for 5-10 min.

So amazing. I knew it would be salty if I marinated it for too long so I did mine for 3 hours and it came out so perfect! I also put mine on my Traeger grill instead of the oven. 375 degrees for about 25 mins. I will make this over and over.

I used garlic powder because I had not garlic on hand. Came up really well.

I made this for Christmas Eve dinner with our neighbors. It was awesome! I had two tenderloins so I doubled the recipe, and it marinated for about 3 hours. I will definitely make this again!

I made it as per the recipe, but left it in the fridge overnight. The pork tenderloin came out so tender and the taste was mouth watering. there was no left overs. Great taste and will make it again for sure.

it was delicious, made as listed, however after this i will make again just no salt, and use a lot less of the soy sauce, only because we have had heart issues.

Outstanding marinade. Best Pork Tenderloin I’ve ever made. I grilled it on all sides and finished in a 300 degree oven till it got to over 145 degrees. So tender and juicy with a flavor that will knock your socks off

This is an easy and great recipe. I put the pork tenderloin in to marinade the night before then had hubby put in the oven before I got home from work. Served with cauliflower rice. I had all the ingredients on hand. Tender, juicy, and full of flavor.
