This soup is one of my favorites! This year, in honor of my garden producing enough zucchini for a small army, my grandma simply passed along her family recipe to me. Although mild, it is creamy and satisfying. You can freeze this soup.

- ¼ cup butter
- 6 cloves crushed garlic

Very flavorful! Juicy chicken that taste great, followed the recipe step-by-step and I would not change a thing!! Will definitely make again
A huge hit!
I didn’t need all the butter it called for but still totally coated it in garlic and butter
Turned out good my husband actually went back for seconds and he doesn’t really eat chicken much other than wings however 2 cups of breadcrumbs is way too much you definitely don’t need that much will cook this again was very good
Easy tasty! Will definitely add to my weekly schedule. I did use panko bread crumbs and added Italian seasoning. Other than that made it as the recipe stated. Thank you!!
Easy, delicious recipe with minimal ingredients. Came out very moist and flavorful!
I was really hoping this one would have more flavor than it did. Thought it would have a garlic flavor to it but it didn’t. I thought it was plain and really had no flavor to it. Seasoning needs to be added to the bread crumbs to make this one better.
I didn’t use panko, rather I substituted almond flour for the crumbs, added some grated Parmesan and smoked paprika, it was absolutely delicious! I also used both breasts and legs.
I rolled in crushed Zesty Italian croutons instead of the breadcrumbs. Flavor was wonderful..I served cheese tortellini with sauce as a side, added sauce on top of the chicken. Definitely making again.
Enjoyed making and especially eating this dish…..My entire family enjoyed this meal and gave rave reviews……everyone went back for seconds, next time I must double the ingredients!
Omg this was so good!!! I made it as stated, except I used jarred minced garlic and used about 4 teaspoons. I had huge chicken breasts and cut them in half and cooked at 375° for 45 minutes and they came out perfectly. I will definitely be making this again!!
Very Good And Easy to Make….
Cut chicken breasts in half and cooked on 400 for about 25 minutes.. came out great! Used seasoned itialian breadcrumbs but will definitely make this again and add Parmesan cheese!
Easy, tasty, moist ! Yes, will make again !
It was delish -users son
Very excellent recipe! My husband couldn’t get enough! He asked to put it on our weekly rotation of chicken dinners.
very good recipe….
It’s delicious! I had boneless thighs instead of breasts. Cooked at 350 degree for about 40 minutes. Yummy!
Great recipe! My family loved it! I used Garlic and Herb bread crumbs.
I liked this recipe as it was super easy for a super novice cook such as myself. We added a bit extra to the end process, such as spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese to it. What I and my aunt my do next time with this is trying to fry it as opposed to baking it. We both agreed that it sounds like a great thing to try!
It was super easy. I cut my chicken breasts in small pieces and used this recipe to make nuggets. Directly on a plaque, no oil, no grease, no nothing on the plaque. It was crispy and delicious. My 3 yo and my bf loved it. Next time, I will use a bit less garlic and season my bread crumbs.
