A quick and simple Italian staple is this bacon-topped spaghetti fagioli. Romano cheese should be shredded as garnish.

Prep Time: 20 mins
Cook Time: 10 mins
Total Time: 30 mins
Servings: 4
Yield: 4 wraps

Ingredients

  1. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  2. 1 tablespoon butter
  3. 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  4. ¼ cup hot sauce
  5. 4 (10 inch) flour tortillas
  6. 2 cups shredded lettuce
  7. 1 celery stalk, diced
  8. ½ cup blue cheese dressing

Instructions

  1. Heat oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until butter melts. Add chicken; cook and stir until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 10 minutes. Remove from the heat.
  2. Pour hot sauce into the skillet and toss until chicken is coated.
  3. Lay tortillas out on a work surface. Divide sauced chicken evenly among tortillas, top with lettuce and celery, then drizzle blue cheese dressing over top. Fold in tortilla sides and roll around filling.

Super easy and really good! Quick and clean, without the mess of deep frying.

I made this for the grandsons. They loved it. Have to admit I cheated and used cooked chicken tenders from the deli.

A very simple and easy recipe that is very tasty. It works great on a budget and with little time on your hands

This was everything it promised to be, a good, quick and easy light lunch. I made this just as directed, but can easily be tweaked to suit a personal taste. I will be making these again. Thank you!

Speaking as a fan of buffalo sauce in general, this is a great recipe. I used a 12 oz bag of Quorn-brand meatless pieces and Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Wing Sauce as the key ingredients. Instead of celery I added green onion to my portion of romaine lettuce. I also added chopped garlic to the “meat” during the last couple minutes of cooking. I fully expect I’ll use this recipe again.

I made this but I made it too early for dinner and put it in the oven to keep it warm… don’t do that and it’s fine… cooked lettuce is gross… before that it’s amazing though!!!

I frequently order buffalo chicken wraps when I eat out. Why did I never think to make them at home?! These were delicious! I added the hot sauce to a couple of tablespoons of butter and a tablespoon of barbecue sauce. My husband say that we will have to have them for dinner again soon!

Easy to make. Was concerned it might be to spicy hot. But just right

So easy to make and extremely tasty. My boys actually wanted more. The hot sauce adds just the right amount of spice to the wrap.

This was great! Wish I took a picture but we ate it THAT FAST! 🙂 We used BWW wing sauce instead of the buffalo. Will make again!

This was perfect! So easy and delicious. My picky daughter asked if it could be in our regular dinner rotation!! She doesn’t care for Buffalo sauce, so I made two batches…one with buffalo and the other bbq. My husband grilled the chicken and when it was done, I cut it up and tossed with sauce and made the wraps. Everyone loved them. So good!

It gave me a nuclear melt down and this is coming from a guy who loves hot spices. Too spicy hot for me.

This is a great recipe for when you don’t have time to cook! The only things I did differently is that I used ranch and combined 1/2 cup Frank’s red hot with 1 teaspoon honey and 2 tbsp butter for the sauce

Don’t like blue cheese but otherwise, it’s a go to recipe for buffalo lovers

I’ve made these several times and once omitted the celery. I enjoy them more with the celery; it adds a nice crunch.

Made as is aside from S&P on the chicken, delish! Super easy!

So quick and tasty. My husband likes it “hot” so I divided the chicken into his serving and mine before adding the hot sauce.

This was a big hit! I used organic chicken Tendenders from Food lion. Boiled them and cooled them, then cut them into 1/4 in pieces. Pan fried them with FL cooking spray (0gm everything) with Texas peat hot sauce and organic ground cumin until well coated and hot, put them on side burner on low. I used Spinach and herb tortilla wraps heated in a large pan per directions. Removed from Pan placed seasoned chicken, Chilled Ro-Tel original diced tomatoes and green chilies, Black beans, and Food lion Mexican four cheese blend. Wrapped them an cut in half. Drizzled Texas Peat Hot Sauce on top for those who wanted extra Kick. Defiantly Recommend!

We are trying to eat clean so I wrapped in romaine lettuce. I used franks buffalo sauce and skipped the butter. My only topping was blue cheese crumbles.
