This quick and simple cake is ideal for guests or Sunday brunches. It was presented to us by a friend when we were in Minnesota, and ever since then, it has become a favorite in our family.

I have made this so many times and I love it! Reduced the cook time as I like my pork tenderloin with a bit of pink.
I made it without the broccoli and it was delicious. We like broccoli but just didn’t have any.
This tenderloin was absolutely delicious. The only change I made was omitting the cayenne pepper. Hubby fell in love with it.
Used 1.5 # pork tenderloin. It came with lemon garlic seasoning on bottom. I covered loin with olive oil and rubbed on these seasonings on both sides. It was delicious!! It really needed to be cooked 25 min at 400 instead of 20. Some pieces in middle were quite pink but there still were plenty on sides for us to have (only 2 of us). Having left overs in a couple of days and will cook in micro 2-3 min.
The Pork was great – as was the rub. We had two small tenderloin cuts so I made 1/2 the rub and coated them generously. They turned out to be excellent tasting crusted tenderloins. My wife and I loved them. I upped the pepper and cayenne which gave a little more kick – hey, but we live in Louisiana! I air fried a cauliflower/broccoli mix and the 10 minutes would have been too long. After 5, the broccoli had toasted edges, so I did 2 minutes more and the veggies had very good flavor. We don’t use a lot of salt, and the veggies tasted salty, so I will cut back on the salt next time, particularly on the vegetables – you can always add at the table! Good Recipe which we will use again. I will be trying this rub on some other cuts – thinking ribs…
Excellent.
This was excellent just as written. The only thing I omitted was the cayenne. The other half is not very hot tolerant. It was delicious and is a keeper.
I’ll just say that I’m so thrilled that you like to experiment……this was AMAZING. I wished I had more rub for a dipping sauce. Thank you so much for the recipe 🙂
This was simple, fast and tasty. Definitely a keeper. Made according to recipe. No changes. It cooked to perfection in the allotted time and was tender and juicy.
Tenderloin was great, very moist and flavorful. Didn’t make the broccoli as hubby doesn’t care for it. I did roast some red potatoes quartered with it.
Was a really tasty dinner entre. The broccoli didn’t turn out as well but it was still a great meal. Even had some left over for lunch !!!
Really great flavor and super easy!
The pork was tender and delicious. I only cooked the broccoli in the air fryer for 3 minutes and it was a little over done. It would have been charcoal if I had left it in for the 10 minutes that the recipe directed.
It was alright – my husband and son enjoyed the broccoli which is a shock since there was no cheese on it! The broccoli WAS good, but didn’t look like the photos – it was almost blackened – was I supposed to wipe out the air fryer in between? Pork was tasty but a little overdone – I am new to air fryer cooking, but everything I HAVE tried seems to come out overdone.I think we will try this again sometime!
Loved It! So easy to prepare and tastes great. I have this recipe in my regular rotation, and my family prefers this to individual pork chops.
This was AMAZING! I air fried it for 23 minutes instead of 20. So tender and juicy! Will definitely be making this again. I didn’t cook the broccoli, as we don’t like broccoli.
My family loves Pork Tenderloin and this was delicious. I made the recipe just as directed and it turned out great. Makes great sandwiches if you have any left.

What a beautiful tenderloin this turns out to be! This was so easy to put together and done in no time at all. Perfect for a weeknight meal for busy families. My tenderloin was slightly smaller than 1-1/2 lbs and was about 155 degrees when I took it out of the air fryer. A minute or two less cooking time would have been perfect for my piece so keep an eye on that if using a smaller piece than what’s called for. The meat was still tender and juicy and the broccoli was delicious. Loved the crust it created in the air fryer. When hubby comments that it’s good then it’s a keeper! I did cut the black pepper back just a tad and only used a couple dashes of cayenne but it still had a smidge of heat. Perfect for us, we’re heat wimps! Thanks, Nikki, for a great recipe that’s a snap to prepare!
This very easy to make and delivered a nick kick. This was my first time using the air fryer and the recipe was easy and delicious. I was a little concerned about over cooking the pork and used my instant read thermometer , but everything worked out perfectly!
