Ingredients
- 2 jiggers tequila
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- Juice of 1 lime
- Powdered egg white (equivalent to 1 raw egg white)
- Soda water
Instructions
- Shake the tequila, sugar, lime juice, and egg white vigorously with lots of cracked ice. Strain into 2 chilled martini glasses and top with cold soda water.
