So refreshing! So good! I am not a drinker but I LOVE this drink
Wonderful! I’m not a sweet drink gal so this one hit the spot. Refreshing, nice balance of mint and cucumber, slight sweetness. Followed the recipe. Next time I’ll try fine sugar in place of regular to check out the difference. I also added a little sugar to the rim to one glass for a girlfriend who does like a sweeter cocktail. She enjoyed as well.
Made it for my wife after a tough day at work. She loved it. I used Hendrick’s Gin, which really works well with cucumber.
What a refreshing cocktail. I liked mine as is, however my girlfriend who prefers sweeter beverages added a bit more sugar. Also lime infused simple syrup is a good substitute for the sugar. Excellent drink though, I have already served it at two dinner parties!
Incredibly light and refreshing with a slightly sweet but not cloying flavor that has that perfect fresh “summertime” taste to it
