There has always been a debate about what makes a martini classic. Should it be shaken or stirred? How much vermouth should be in it? This is a version of the classic that we felt had the best outcome. This gin martini includes vermouth, although slightly less than what a traditionalist may call for. We found this amount didn’t overwhelm the gin. It is also shaken to create a very cold martini that keeps at the perfect temperature as you drink it.
