Ingredients
- 2 ounces 100% agave tequila, such as Ocho Blanco
- 1 ounce Fresh-squeezed lime juice
- 1 ounce agave syrup (2 part agave nectar to 1 part water)
- Ice
- Lime, wheel slice, to garnish
Instructions
- Make the agave syrup by stirring together 2 parts agave with 1 part hot water. Measure the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and add plenty of ice cubes. Shake with ice and fine strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a wheel slice of lime.
