Delicious!! Only thing I changed is that I put fresh strawberries into the blender with the rest of the ingredients…yum
I used fresh strawberry puree and crushed ice. I got a watery mess with very little flavor. I finally added some store bought margarita mix to save it. I didn’t want to waste a whole cup of tequilla!
mmm MMMM I made this Strawberry Margarita in winter just to try it out Guy PERFECT summer drink to entertain friends …!!!!! Shalom and GOD’S Blessings
Loved it. It retains the lime, tequila kick to not let you forget that it is a margarita. The strawberry definitely comes through but doesn’t dominate. Not overly sweet. Doubled the strawberry, but otherwise made it as is.
After reading the other reviews, I decided to up the strawberries and I totally cut out the lime. I puréed my fresh strawberries with a splash of triple sec, and sugar, then added ice and blended. Very delicious!!
Perfect summer drink! Loved it.
I used Roses sweetened lime juice and a half of lime in the first batch. The second round was better with just Roses juice. I put two shot glasses in and it was perfect. Great recipe!
Saw this recipe and made it the same night. In fact, I’m enjoying one right now.
For my taste, there’s a little much lime and not enough strawberries. I used almost a cup of frozen strawberries and it still tastes mostly like a regular Margarita. Next time, I’m going to try the juice from one lime and a few more strawberries.
I had to modify the recipe to get a GREAT drink. I increased the strawberry puree and the simple syrup and then decreased the lime juice to 1/2 a lime.
