Ingredients
- 6 blackberries, plus 3 for garnish
- 2 to 3 slices fresh jalapeño, plus 2 slices for garnish
- 2 ounces simple syrup
- Juice of 1/2 orange
- 3 ounces tequila
- 3 to 4 ounces soda water
Instructions
- Add the blackberries, jalapeño slices and simple syrup to the bottom of a 16-ounce mason jar.
- Using the back of a wooden spoon, muddle the berries and jalapeño slices into the simple syrup.
- Add the orange juice and tequila. Top with a cup of ice. Put the lid on and shake to combine. Remove the lid and add more ice if desired. Top with the soda water.
- Skewer the remaining blackberries and jalapeño slices, alternating between the two. Top the glass and enjoy.
