Ingredients
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1/4 cup peanuts
- 1/4 cup coconut
- 1/4 cup oatmeal
- 1/4 cup unsweetened carob chips
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 3/4 cup honey
Instructions
- In a food processor, grind the granola, the peanuts, the coconut and the oatmeal. Melt the carob chips, the peanut butter and the honey over medium heat.
- Mix dry ingredients into melted mixture until coated. Pour the whole mixture into an 8 by 8-inch pan lined with plastic wrap. Chill for fifteen minutes. Slice it into 12 sections and serve.
- Keep refrigerated.

Toast the coconut, and use what nuts you have on hand – I used almonds and pecans.

Of course they taste great! How can they not with such ingrediants? I found them to be somewhat messy, but that could be because I did not let them cool long enough. They looked so good that I just could not wait!
