Yield: 8 bombs

Ingredients

  1. 1 package refrigerated flaky biscuits (such as Pillsbury Grands!®)
  2. ½ cup cream cheese
  3. 3 tablespoons cranberry sauce
  4. 1 cup grated Swiss cheese
  5. 1 cup crumbled leftover stuffing
  6. 1 cup chopped leftover roasted turkey
  7. 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  8. flaked salt to taste
  9. ground black pepper to taste
  10. 1 cup gravy (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a deep-dish pie plate.
  2. Roll out biscuits, 1 at a time, into a thin rough 7-inch circles. Spread the center of each circle with 1 tablespoon cream cheese. Add 1 teaspoon cranberry sauce and 2 tablespoons each Swiss cheese, stuffing, and turkey. Bring dough up around the filling, pinching it together. Work your way around until the filling is fully encased in the biscuit bomb.
  3. Place bombs on the pie plate, seam-side down. Repeat with remaining biscuits, cream cheese, cranberry sauce, Swiss cheese, stuffing, and turkey. Fit 7 bombs around the rim of the pie plate and 1 in the middle.
  4. Brush melted butter over the top of each bomb. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven, rotating once, until deep golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
  6. Rest bombs on a cooling rack for 15 minutes before eating. Serve with warmed gravy for dipping.

What a great way to use leftovers! After I assembled the bombs I remembered I forgot the cheese but they still came out amazing and they looked beautiful as well!!! Thanks Julie for a great recipe

OMG! What a great way to use Leftovers. . I made half with cranberry sauce and half without as hubby does not like it. I think he did not get the overall taste explosion. Mine were delishious.

We loved it! I didn’t use stuffing, rather added squash instead. I sprinkled “everything bagel seasoning” on top. They were raved about for days after.

These were delicious!! And so easy to make. I had leftover mashed potatoes so I tried them in some too. Actually preferred the ones with potatoes to the stuffing. Make sure you have gravy to dunk them in! Will definitely make again.
