There were no leftovers since I wanted to give braised pork shoulder a fresh twist. I combined 2 straightforward items to make a delicious sauce for the roast. Excellent served with sautéed carrots and broccoli along with rice or noodles.

- ½ cup teriyaki sauce
- ½ cup orange marmalade

- Mix teriyaki sauce, marmalade, and water together in a small bowl; pour over browned roast. Cover with the lid.
- Bake in the preheated oven until roast is fork-tender, 2 to 3 hours. Shred roast with 2 forks and pour teriyaki juices over.

The temperature of 275 F is wrong. It would never cook enough to pull apart in 2 to 3 hours. I cooked at 350 for 4 hours to get to that point.
The sauce alone is great! My roast was a little smaller, so it was done in 2 hours. The 2 ingredients bring a lot of flavor to this pork. Followed as written! Great for a big crowd.
