The vanilla kipferl is an Austrian delicacy that is also widely consumed in Switzerland and Germany. The kipferl get even more delicious after two or three days, but only for those who can hold out long enough. The two ends of the kipferl can optionally be dipped in warm chocolate and then allowed to cool.

Ali – while I didn’t use halloumi cheese, I followed the rest of your recipe because I never made a homemade Taco pizza before and your recipe represented the closest version I was accustomed to. Had a pre made flatbread, which I baked a few min, lightly brushed with olive oil, per side for 3 min each. Followed the rest of your steps as written and it was delicious!! My husband couldn’t get enough! Thank you for my first – and great! – homemade Taco Pizza!! Would do again!
