Reviews
Family thought it was good. Will make again, very easy and fancy looking. Went great with an herbed rice.
Kate and I made on a cool Saturday night. We pounded the chicken and added cheese. Gus the cat looked on in great anticipation! We opted to slice the chicken and put it over greens. So good! I’ve made this a shit ton and love it every time!
Thin procuitto was tasty but a bit dried out. I might prefer with a thicker slice r perhaps cook part of the time covered.
Very disappointed after all the good reviews. Recipe definitely needs tweaking.
This was good! The very last 5 minutes I added a slice of Muenster cheese.
Well it couldn’t be any easier. It was tasty for sure but it didn’t really wow me. Prosciutto is expensive so I might do bacon if I make it again.
Wonderful! Used breasts and skinless thighs. Served with coleslaw and baked potato.
I don’t consider myself a cook and I made this for my husband who is the main chef in the house and he loved it! It is now one of our fast go to week night recipes!
So easy! I make this all the time. I usually use bacon bc that’s what I have on hand. Sometimes I put 1/2 slice cheese inside with basil. One kid won’t touch “green stuff” so I just use cheese with his. Husband loves it too. Great low cal-high flavor dish.
This was pretty good and very quick and easy.
Delicious! simple instructions. Everyone loved it
Made it last week, was delicious! I cut the chicken breasts lengthwise and added pesto sauce and mozzarella cheese, then rolled the pieces up. Once the chicken was cooked and the bacon is crisp, added more mozzarella cheese, it was delicious!
I wasn’t a huge fan, but it could have been the way I prepared it. I should have pounded the chicken way thinner- it was too thick. And it just lacked something flavor-wise, but I made my own pesto so maybe I messed that up. It was just kind of bland yet salty.
Really enjoyed the flavors of this dish. Made my own pesto and stuffed chicken with both pesto and prosciutto. Much easier than wrapping each breast. My family loved this.
Loved it and so quick and simple. Husband wants to have it again – always a good recommendation.
So easy and tasty! I didn’t have prosciutto, but I did have bacon. Instead of baking, we grilled it because it was a hot day. It was a hit with everyone! Thanks for the recipe!
Delicious & so easy to do! The combination of pesto w/prosciutto in the chicken was perfect. I didn’t have add any additional salt/pepper since it was so flavorful. ??
I made this with deli ham and added shredded mozzarella. it was a huge hit. Two thumbs up, even from my pickiest eaters. This one definitely goes into our rotation.
This is an amazing recipe & sooo easy! The only change I made is, I added a chunk of herb & garlic Boursin cheese inside each breast. Yuuuummmy!!! My husband loved it. Will definitely make again! Thanks for such a great recipe.
I added fresh mozzarella! Such a good and easy recipe to make.
Excellent! Quick and easy and very moist chicken, even the next day.
