These are amazing.
no changes. you would think you died and gone to heaven…or Morocco.
Very flavorful and delicious!
I used 1 tsp of dried mint and 1 tsp of dried oregano since I didn’t have fresh. Great recipe. Will make again
these burgers were lovely they went down well with the family and I especially liked the kick that came with them
So Good!! The only changes I made (since I didn’t have it) was I used white wine for the sherry and the vinegar and also couldn’t find fresh oregano so used my ground oregano. I doubled the recipe and made some into burgers and made some into big meat balls in the oven (just to see if it was as good- and to fit nicely into the warm pita pockets) Serving with fresh garden tomatoes, red onions, and Chef Johns tzatzik- and the frozen Alexa spicy sweet potato fries!!
Good lamb burgers.
Skipped the bun and served on a salad of arugula and micro greens. Served topped with pickled onions….super!
omg… such an incredibly fantastic flavor combination. made this for the second time and had forgotten how delicious it was.
I made these as written and they are Amazing! So good~ I served to guests w homemade fries. The seasonings are perfect and they hold together beautifully. These are full of flavor, juicy and the whole family prefers these over hamburgers now 🙂
The best. I add a few oatmeal flakes, and grill the burgers on parchment paper.
An awesome burger. Many great herbs and spices making it delicious. 4 stars because not lamby enough for my taste but great for the friends and family with less of a pallet.
Will definitely make again. Everyone love it.
AWESOME!!!!
Delicious, I followed recipe exactly.
The flavour of these lamb burgers are outstanding! Thanks for the recipe!
This was really good. Didn’t have mint or cilantro available so left it out. Otherwise I made it as the recipe described. Made them into meatballs and baked in the oven. This was the first time I had ever eaten lamb and I will definitely make again.
I just go by recipes.
This was an awesome recipe! It was so delicious! I didn’t have sherry so that was omitted, but I followed other instructions as given and it came out great!
I’ve made lots of lamb dishes. This recipe is yum-o!
Very good burgers, but if you aren’t a fan of spicy foods, you may want to cut back on the crushed peppers. My husband love spicy food, so we enjoyed the heat but it may be too hot for some people. I followed the recipe exactly as written, and as it was good, the next time I make it I am going to leave out the oregano, did not care for the flavor of it.
