Ingredients

  1. 1 ¼ cups ramps leaves, rinsed and dried
  2. 2 tablespoons pine nuts
  3. 1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
  4. 10 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  5. 1 ¼ cups finely grated Parmesan cheese
  6. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine ramp leaves, pine nuts, and garlic in a food processor. Process until finely chopped. With the food processor running, add olive oil and process everything until smooth. Transfer mixture to a bowl and mix in grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt to taste.
