The sausage egg roll in a bowl consists of all the traditional egg roll components, minus the fried wrapper.

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  2. ½ cup mayonnaise
  3. 2 pounds ground beef
  4. 1 teaspoon salt
  5. 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  6. 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning (such as Tony Cachere’s®)
  7. ½ teaspoon onion powder
  8. ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  9. 1 (15 ounce) package slider buns (such as Pepperidge Farm®)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Combine Cheddar cheese and mayonnaise; refrigerate.
  3. Mix ground beef, salt, pepper, Creole seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder together. Form mixture into 12 slider patties; place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake patties in the preheated oven, flipping once, for about 15 minutes. Remove from oven and top each patty with 1 tablespoon of the cheese-mayonnaise mixture. Continue baking until cheese has melted, 1 to 2 minutes more. Serve on slider buns.

Perfect little sliders and easy to make. Loved they were on a baking sheet. I went with tomato and lettuce no condiments added. 5 stars
