Ingredients

  1. 2 ½ cups chopped leftover roasted turkey
  2. ½ cup cream cheese
  3. ½ cup sour cream
  4. 1 (16 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed
  5. 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
  6. salt and ground black pepper to taste
  7. 2 cups leftover prepared stuffing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Combine turkey, cream cheese, sour cream, spinach, condensed soup, salt, and pepper in a pan over medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until hot, 7 to 8 minutes. Transfer mixture to a 3 1/2-quart baking dish and top with leftover stuffing.
  3. Cover and bake until heated through, about 30 minutes.
