Ingredients

  1. 2 pounds uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  2. 1 drizzle olive oil
  3. 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  4. 3 tablespoons minced garlic
  5. 1 tablespoon lemon-pepper seasoning, or to taste
  6. ½ medium lemon, zested
  7. ½ cup unsalted butter, sliced
  8. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  2. Place shrimp in a single layer in a glass baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with lemon juice, garlic, lemon-pepper, and lemon zest. Top with slices of butter. Sprinkle parsley on top.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until shrimp are bright pink on the outside and the meat is opaque, 5 to 10 minutes.
