The ingredients to make this baked spaghetti with cream cheese are probably already in your pantry. You can prepare this in advance and bake it when you’re ready. These are the dishes that I adore. Really creamy and delicious pasta!

Yield: | 1 9×13-inch casserole |
Ingredients
- 12 ounces spaghetti
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 pinch garlic salt
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain fat and stir in spaghetti sauce.
- Drain spaghetti and place in a bowl. Add cream cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt. Stir until cream cheese is melted and spaghetti is thoroughly coated. Spread a small amount of meat sauce in the bottom of the prepared baking pan; put spaghetti on top and top with remaining meat sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly, about 30 minutes.

Excellent and easy to follow I wasn’t sure about heating uncovered so covered with foil until last 5 minutes and then uncovered to make sure cheese not dried out
Delicious, only had angel pasta, didn’t change anything else. Will make again !
Delicious!
Yum!
Delicious
My go to when family or friends pop up unannounced. It great as is .
Definitely an easy go to recipe to take to anyone needing a meal at our church!!!!
Crowd pleaser! I accidentally put not Italian seasoning in the spice jar but Italian seasoning in the package (the kind you make actual salad dressing with) It was a happy mistake!
Easy to make, and a crowd pleaser!
This was very easy to make. It reminds me of the casseroles I made when my boys were small.
Delicious traditional recipe. I used homemade meat sauce. And otherwise i made no changes. Perfect as is.
Usually I do all the cooking in the house today my wife helped me with this one and it was fun to do together. Turn out great!
It’s so good!! Will definitely be making it again. I changed it up a little. I used a homemade spaghetti sauce instead of store bought. Added sauted mushrooms and onions, and sliced olives to the sauce. I added a about a cup of blue cheese crumbles to the cream cheese. And Mixed in a can of green beans with the noodles. and then topped everything with swiss cheese instead of mozzarella because i didn’t have mozzarella
Will definitely make it again
This was my first time trying this and it was amazing!!! Will definitely be doing it more often. however, didn’t stick exactly to the recipe but pretty darn close. Seasoned the meat with roasted garlic powder, basil, paprika, and some chili flakes for a bit of a kick. Added mushrooms to the sauce. For the noodles, I just added a little bit of sour cream in with everything and added water as I needed to help stir until cream cheese was fully melted. For seasonings and the shredded cheese on top, I just eyeballed all the measurements. To go with it, I made some garlic cheese bread (with Parmesan) on Hawaiian dinner rolls.
Delish!
Fabulous! We loved it!
Easy Peasy recipe and delicious. I added 2 pounds of ground turkey as I do not eat red meat. Doubled the spices because I was using turkey. No leftovers much to my family’s dismay.
I liked this recipe, My grandson loved it. I made it like it said other then I did use garlic powder and no garlic salt, If I make it again I will use 2 jars of spaghetti sauce.
Good recipe. I put a bit less spaghetti sauce. Added onions and jalapenos (and a few other seasonings).
Outstanding, Creamy, and Wonderful! I followed the recipe closely, but softened the cream cheese and stirred in the spices before adding to the noodles. I also added some freshly chopped basil to the cream cheese mixture and on top after it was baked. This was a big hit and will make several appearances in my house from now on. Thank you!!!
