This is a recipe for durum wheat semolina flour-based pasta dough that is often made in Italy. You may roll out the dough by hand or use a pasta maker to create whatever type of pasta you like, including farfalle, tagliatelle, or ravioli.

Yield: | 4 tacos |
Ingredients
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon cumin
- ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
- 12 ounces uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- 4 (10 inch) flour tortillas, toasted
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
Instructions
- Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, cilantro, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and salt in a small bowl. Stir until evenly combined and set aside.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Pat shrimp dry using a paper towel and place into a bowl. Add olive oil and taco seasoning. Stir until evenly combined.
- Place shrimp in the basket of the preheated air fryer and cook for 4 minutes. Shake and cook for 3 minutes more.
- Place tortillas on serving plates. Divide cabbage and shrimp between the tortillas. Top with reserved sauce and serve.
- Instead if buying an entire head of cabbage for this recipe, I buy the already shredded and bagged “coleslaw” mix. The carrots that are included are an added bonus, both in color and nutrition.

Reviews
Great recipe and easy! I just eye balled the seasoning for the shrimp. I also added some sautéed corn and lime juice as a topping. Will be making again.
Made months ago but my review didn’t stick!? We loved this! Followed Cook Note and used pre-shredded coleslaw. Also used more Taco seasoning – maybe 1/2 TBLS? – hard to say since we eyeballed. Sauce is amazing! Husband and I loved this and since summer 2021, have made a handful of times since! Loved the air fryer method to doing this on hot summer days! Thanks Nicole! This is a winner!!
Easy and awesome.
This was super easy and really good. I’m new to the whole air fryer thing and this was so quick and easy. I will be making this again!
Pretty darn easy, and the cream sauce was awesome. Will make again, but maybe use the cabbage to make a Pico and combine them.
