Ingredients

  1. 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
  2. 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  3. 2 store-bought flatbreads
  4. 1/2 cup shredded provolone
  5. 1/2 small red onion, cut into half-moons
  6. 1/4 cup jarred jalapeno slices
  7. 1 habanero pepper, thinly sliced
  8. 2 tablespoons ranch dressing, or to taste
  9. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Toss the chicken in half of the BBQ sauce to coat in a bowl. Place the flatbreads onto a baking sheet. Divide the other half of the BBQ sauce between the 2 flatbreads. Spread, leaving a slight edge all the way around the flatbreads. Top each with half of the provolone, chicken, red onion, jarred jalapenos and habanero pepper.
  3. Bake until the flatbreads are golden and the cheese is melted, 10 to 12 minutes.
  4. Transfer to a cutting board and drizzle over the ranch dressing. Garnish with the cilantro and slice.

My wife and I make this about every two weeks, we usually use chicken or pulled pork. Next time I smoke a brisket, I’ll use that too.

This was delish! We love BBQ pizza whether chicken or pork. I added a little special hotsauce to the BBQ sauce for some zing and man this was amazing. Hubby asked me to make this again.

My husband and I saw this on show this morning… we were eating for lunch an hour later! Another review said everything store bought..yes, but we would’ve never thought to put everything together! Make everything from scratch if you want! But this was so easy and so delicious- we loved it!

Wow, what a “recipe”!!!! Store bought flatbread, store bought rotisserie chicken, store bought bbq sauce, store bought jalapeno slices and, last but not least, store bought ranch dressing!! How cleaver!

Wife and I tried it, neither of us cared for it, but we don’t like BBQ pizza either.
