Fantastic, I had some inadvertent subs. I only had skim milk and realized the Velveeta I bought was Queso Blanco. I used 1 Cup Monterrey Jack and 1 Cup Sharp Cheddar. It is delicious and takes less than 20 min, including boiling the pasta. The mini shells are a nice change from the elbow. I am going to throw a little breadcrumb crust on top. This was a great recipe find.

Has anyone made with anything other than whole milk? I have 2% on hand. Will follow up with review after I make on Easter. Think the kids will love.

So yummy! I don’t use all the cheese sauce but reserve about a cup to make broccoli and cheese to put on baked potatoes another day.
