Greek Meatballs with Beef, Veal and Lamb

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 pound each (1-1/2 pounds total) ground beef, veal, and lamb, mixed.
  2. 1 large onion, chopped
  3. 3/4 cup chopped parsley
  4. 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  5. 3 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano, or 1 1/2 tablespoons dried
  6. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  7. 1 large egg
  8. 1/4 cup milk
  9. All-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except flour. Blend thoroughly with your hands. Form into 1-inch meatballs, roll in flour to coat, and place on dish. Spray a large skillet lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Heat over medium heat. Cook meatballs 5-6 minutes until cooked through, turning to brown evenly. Serve immediately with a large Greek salad.;
