Reviews
Great recipe very tasty and not too high in sugar. Always looking for ways to use fresh ginger. I would recommend however straining it in a mesh nutmilk bag otherwise you have chunks of lemon/ginger in your drink.
My boyfriend said, “This is *really* good,” after he tried it : ) Next time, I will definitely make a double batch. I omitted lemon peel because I was concerned about pesticides in the rind, so I substituted a few drops of pure lemon extract instead. New favorite. I think the ginger-lemon syrup would be great in tea : ) : )
This was a very refreshing straight forward recipient. The ginger added a great twist.
This is a nice, refreshing drink. Would be better in the summer. I did strain the syrup before I added it to the pitcher. Ten Dollar Dinners is my favorite show!
